Kelsey is not only one of our master stylists. She is also our leader, mentor and new hire associate leader . Her dream was to own her own salon, a place where artists can grow creatively and of course financially as well. The team weve grown so far is doing that and it feeds her soul so very much . Always hungry for teaching stylists new things and learning from them as well. 

She spends a great deal of time behind the chair specializing in highlighting and dry reactive haircutting. She loves blonding and cutting movement and texture into the hairstyle.

Laura has 12+ years behind the chair with annual extensive master stylist education. She’s certified in 4 different hair extension methods combined with master education on balayage, highlighting and custom formulations to marry those extension colors .  On the opposite spectrum of adding length to desired looks, she has a passion for cutting short styles including pixie cuts and textured bobs.

My name is Bailey James. I was born and raised in small town VIenna, Missouri. I have one dog and love spending my time outside of the salon outdoors or with my friends and family.  I have been in the beauty industry for almost 4 years and am a dually licensed CIDESCO esthetician and a cosmetologist. I can provide a wide variety of services here at Indigo including all hair services, body waxing, many different facials, nail care, eyelash extensions and lifts, micro-needling and microblading. However, I am always learning and searching for new services to bring to Indigo. There are many things I love about my job, but my favorite thing about this career is making people feel happy and confident. It makes my day if I can help someone feel great about themselves. I can’t wait to see you at Indigo and make you feel and look your best!
